Three patterns to keep in mind before you plan around the 2026 sale:
- It keeps starting earlier. 27 November in 2020, 20 November in 2023, 14 November in 2024, 10 November in 2025. The “Black Friday” sale is now closer to a three week event.
- Cyber Monday is the same deal. GreenGeeks' Cyber Monday emails promote the Black Friday price, not a deeper one. In 2025 that price simply ran through 3 December.
- Lite has been $1.95 in each of the last three sales. That looks like GreenGeeks' floor, so $1.95 on Lite in 2026 is the best you can realistically expect.
How to Claim the GreenGeeks Black Friday Deal
- Open GreenGeeks through this link. The sale price is applied automatically, there is no coupon box to fill in.
- Pick your plan. Lite for one site, Pro if you run or plan more than one, Premium for a busy store.

The term is the most common way people miss this deal. On Lite, the annual term is $2.95 a month, while the three year term is $13.45 and the two year term is the full $13.95. Longer is not cheaper here, the opposite of hosts like Hostinger. Loyalty, for once, is the expensive option.

Lite is fine for a single blog you never plan to grow.
