Download Google Indexing API Plugin for WordPress by RankMath from HERE and Activate it.

Create an Indexing API Project

Dashboard – APIs & Services – Google API Console - console.developers.google.com

Go to the Google API Console and create a new project. Make sure you use same email for Developer Console that have your domain in Search Console.

Enable API for Your Project

Enable an API - Google API Console - console.developers.google.com

Ensure that you’re creating a new Indexing API project which you can do automatically by clicking here. And then click continue.

Create a Service Account

Create service account – IAM & Admin – Instant Indexing Bl… – Google API Console - console.developers.google.com

Once you’ve created your project, create a service account by opening the service accounts page. And, if prompted, select the project you just created using the button near the top of the page. And once you have selected a project, click the Create Service Account button highlighted below on the Create service account screen, enter a name and description for the newly created service account. Select and copy the whole Service Account ID (the one that looks like an email address) because you will need it later. Then, click on the Create button at the bottom once you’re taken to the next page, don’t forget to change the role to Owner

Add Property Owner

Open Search console and Goto Settings and then user management. Click on 3 dots and then select manage the property and now again select property and add the Service Account ID that You copied from Service account page and Add as Owner.

Create API Key

Goto Service account page again and in right to service account ID you will see 3 dots, click it and you will see an option to Create Key.
Choose the default JSON format when prompted in the overlay, and click Create.
Now download the file that contains your API key by clicking the Create Key button:

Insert your API Key in the plugin settingsAfter installing the plugin, just navigate to Rank Math > Instant Indexing Settings in your WordPress admin area, and paste in the contents of your JSON file, or just upload the file.
