No Kadence discount is running today, 22 September 2026. I checked their pricing page this morning and it shows the standard $99, $299 and $499 with no sale banner. Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday 27 November, with Cyber Monday on 30 November, and Kadence has historically opened early, so the window to watch is roughly 19 November to 3 December.
This page is updated when the sale actually opens. Until then everything below is either checked today and dated, or clearly labelled as history. Kadence changed hands and restructured its entire pricing this year, which matters more than usual for what you should expect, and I go through exactly why further down.
Kadence Deal Status, Checked 22 September 2026
| Question | Answer today |
|---|---|
| Is a Kadence sale running? | No. Full price on all three bundles |
| Is Black Friday 2026 announced? | Not yet. StellarWP's Black Friday page still shows 2024 |
| Black Friday 2026 date | Friday 27 November |
| Cyber Monday 2026 date | Monday 30 November |
| Likely sale window | About 19 November to 3 December, based on 2024's dates |
| Is a coupon code needed? | Historically no. Kadence's 2024 offer applied automatically |
| Current pricing | Essentials $99, Pro $299, Elite $499, all per year |
| Where the deal will appear | Kadence's own pricing page, and StellarWP's Black Friday page |

Why This Year Is Different, and Why Old Percentages Mislead
Kadence is no longer an independent shop. kadencewp.com now redirects to Liquid Web, the theme and the blocks plugin both list Nexcess as their author on WordPress.org, and the product line has been rebuilt into three bundles.
That is not a detail. It changes what a Black Friday percentage is even applied to.
| What Kadence used to sell | What Kadence sells now | |
|---|---|---|
| Product structure | Theme, Blocks Pro and plugins sold separately, plus bundles | Three bundles: Essentials, Pro, Elite |
| Standalone Kadence Blocks Pro | Yes | No. It is a feature line inside Essentials |
| Lifetime licence | Yes, and it was discounted at Black Friday | Not offered on the current pricing page |
| Dedicated Black Friday page | A /black-friday/ page of their own | Dead. Both old URLs now redirect to the generic pricing page |
| Entry price | Varied by product | $99 a year |
Read This Before You Trust Any Kadence Black Friday Number
Every deal page quoting “40% off Kadence” is quoting a percentage that was applied to a product catalogue that no longer exists in that form. Forty percent off a Full Bundle is not the same saving as forty percent off $99 Essentials, and the lifetime licence that carried the single biggest discount is not currently sold at all.
So treat the history below as a guide to how Kadence behaves, generous, early, no coupon code needed, rather than as a prediction of a number. I will put the real 2026 figure here the day it goes live.
Kadence Black Friday History, With Dates
StellarWP, Kadence's parent, still has its Black Friday page online from 2024, which means the terms below are not secondhand. They are what the company itself published.
Black Friday 2024, the Best Documented Kadence Sale
| Offer | Terms |
|---|---|
| Bundles | 40% off |
| Early renewals | 25% off |
| Lifetime licence | $150 off |
| Dates | 19 November to 3 December 2024 |
| Coupon code | None required, applied automatically |
| Restrictions | New purchases only, cannot be combined with other discounts, and renewals go back to list price |
Two things stand out. Kadence ran a 15 day window starting a full week before Black Friday, while most StellarWP brands ran 26 November to 3 December. And the 25% early renewal offer is rare, because most vendors exclude existing customers from Black Friday entirely.

| Year | Headline offer | How well documented |
|---|---|---|
| 2024 | 40% off bundles, 25% off early renewals, $150 off lifetime, 19 Nov to 3 Dec | Confirmed, from StellarWP's own live page |
| 2023 | 40% off, sale opened 16 November | From my own coverage at the time, and widely reported |
| 2025 | Reported as 40% off | Reported by other deal sites. StellarWP's page was not updated, so treat as secondhand |
| 2026 | Not announced | Nothing published as of 22 September 2026 |
The pattern across every year I can document is the same: 40% on bundles, no coupon code, and a window that opens before Black Friday itself. If 2026 follows it, Essentials at $99 would land near $59, Pro at $299 near $179 and Elite at $499 near $299. Those are my arithmetic on an unannounced sale, not a promise, and I will replace them with the real figures when they exist.
Kadence Pricing Today, Before Any Discount
| Plan | Price | Who it is for | At 40% off, if history repeats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $99 a year | The Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks together, 30+ blocks, 200+ starter templates, form builder, header, footer and navigation builder, mega menus | About $59 |
| Pro | $299 a year | Adds Shop Kit for WooCommerce, cart and checkout optimisation, memberships and content restriction, a security firewall with 2FA, daily backups | About $179 |
| Elite | $499 a year | Adds A/B testing, popups, behavioural targeting, white labelling, client portal and multi site management through Kadence Central | About $299 |
Three Things to Check Before You Buy in the Sale
- Renewals go back to list price. StellarWP's own footnote says so plainly. A 40% saving is a first year saving, so compare year two at $99, $299 or $499.
- Elite's multi site management is priced per site on top. The pricing page footnote reads “Manage multiple sites from one portal with Kadence Central. Plans are priced per site.” If you are buying Elite for client work, price Central separately.
- Buy the tier you need, not the one with the biggest percentage. The most common Black Friday mistake is paying $299 for WooCommerce and membership tools on a blog that will never use them.
Is Kadence Worth Buying at All?
Worth separating from the deal question, because a discount on the wrong product is still money gone. Here is where Kadence actually stands today, from the WordPress.org plugin and theme APIs rather than marketing copy.
| Figure | What it tells you | |
|---|---|---|
| Kadence theme installs | 500,000 | Top tier, alongside GeneratePress |
| Kadence theme rating | 98 out of 100 from 455 ratings | Very strong, though Blocksy scores 100 from 872 |
| Kadence Blocks installs | 600,000 | More than the theme itself |
| Kadence Blocks rating | 96 out of 100 from 332 ratings | Higher than Elementor's 90 from 7,300 |
| Theme last updated | 24 July 2026 | Slower cadence than Blocksy's 11 September |
| Owner | Nexcess, part of Liquid Web | Well resourced, no risk of disappearing |
The honest summary: Kadence Blocks is the best reason to buy Kadence, and it is included from the $99 Essentials tier. If you want one vendor supplying your theme, your block library, your WooCommerce tooling and your memberships on one renewal date, nothing else in WordPress packages it as neatly. If you only want a fast theme and you run several sites, Blocksy undercuts Kadence sharply, and I go through that comparison in full elsewhere on the site.
How to Get the Best Kadence Price
- Decide your tier now, in September. Work out whether you need WooCommerce and membership tools before the sale, not during it.
- Set a reminder for 19 November. Kadence opened a week early in 2024 while most brands waited for the 26th, so waiting for Black Friday itself can mean a week of missed window.
- Do not hunt for a coupon code. Kadence's discount applied automatically in 2024, and sites promising a secret extra code on top of a public sale are almost always describing the same public discount.
- If you already own a licence, check the early renewal offer. 25% off renewals in 2024 is unusual and worth taking if it returns.
- Check StellarWP's page as well as Kadence's. The parent company lists every brand's terms in one place, and it is where the 2024 terms are still documented.
- Price the year two figure. Renewals go to list price, so the real question is whether $99, $299 or $499 a year is worth it to you, not whether the first year is 40% off.
Kadence Black Friday, Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a Kadence Black Friday sale right now?
No. As of 22 September 2026 Kadence is at full list price, $99 for Essentials, $299 for Pro and $499 for Elite, with no sale banner on their pricing page. Black Friday 2026 is 27 November, and based on 2024 the sale is likely to open around 19 November and run into early December.
When is Kadence Black Friday 2026?
It has not been announced. Black Friday itself is Friday 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday is 30 November. Kadence's documented 2024 sale ran from 19 November to 3 December, a full week earlier than most StellarWP brands, so the sensible window to start checking is the third week of November.
How much discount does Kadence give on Black Friday?
In 2024, confirmed on StellarWP's own still-live Black Friday page, the offer was 40% off bundles, 25% off early renewals and $150 off a lifetime licence. 2023 and 2025 were also reported at 40%. Nothing is confirmed for 2026, and the product line has been restructured since, so treat 40% as a pattern rather than a promise.
Is there a Kadence coupon code?
Historically no code has been needed. Kadence's 2024 Black Friday offer applied automatically at checkout, and StellarWP marked it “no code required” while several of their other brands did use codes. If a site offers you a secret Kadence code on top of a public sale, it is almost certainly the same public discount.
Does the Kadence Black Friday discount apply to renewals?
The first year purchase discount does not carry into year two. StellarWP's own terms say products renew at list price, or at the regular bundle price if a bundle was purchased. Separately, Kadence offered 25% off early renewals in 2024, which is a different offer aimed at existing customers and is unusually generous for this industry.
How much does Kadence cost?
Essentials is $99 a year and includes the Kadence theme, Kadence Blocks, 30+ blocks, 200+ starter templates and the header, footer and navigation builders. Pro is $299 a year and adds WooCommerce Shop Kit, memberships, a security firewall and daily backups. Elite is $499 a year and adds A/B testing, popups, white labelling and multi site management.
Does Kadence still have a lifetime deal?
Not on the current pricing page. Kadence sold a lifetime licence in the past and discounted it by $150 at Black Friday 2024, but the page today lists only the three yearly bundles. If a lifetime licence is what you want, Blocksy still sells one, from $199 for a single site to $499 for unlimited sites.
Where will the Kadence Black Friday deal actually appear?
Two places worth watching. Kadence's own pricing page, which now lives on Liquid Web since the acquisition, and StellarWP's Black Friday page, which lists the terms for every brand they own in one place. The old dedicated Kadence Black Friday URLs are dead and now redirect to the generic pricing page.
Which Kadence plan should I buy in the sale?
Essentials at $99 covers what most people actually want, the theme plus Kadence Blocks with the full block library and starter templates. Only move to Pro at $299 if you genuinely need WooCommerce Shop Kit, memberships, the firewall or backups. Elite at $499 is for agencies, and its multi site management carries a per site cost on top.
Is Kadence worth it compared to the free version?
The free theme and free Kadence Blocks are genuinely usable for a complete site, and plenty of people never upgrade. You pay when you want the premium starter templates, the advanced form builder, conditional headers and mega menus. Run the free versions until something actually blocks you, then buy in the sale.
Did Kadence get acquired?
Yes. Kadence is now a Nexcess product under Liquid Web, part of the StellarWP family. kadencewp.com redirects to liquidweb.com, and both the theme and the blocks plugin list Nexcess as their author on WordPress.org. The practical effects so far are a restructured three bundle pricing model and the removal of the standalone Blocks Pro licence.
Is Kadence better than Astra or Blocksy on Black Friday?
All three discount heavily in November, so the sale rarely changes which is right for you. Kadence's strength is the bundle, one vendor for theme, blocks, commerce and memberships. Blocksy is rated higher on WordPress.org and is much cheaper for multiple sites. Decide on the product first, then buy whichever you chose when it goes on sale.
