SureForms Black Friday is one of the more predictable sales in WordPress: last year it ran from 17 November to 5 December 2025 with discounts of up to 40%, applied automatically at checkout. Until this year's sale opens, SureForms costs $99 for the first year on up to 5 sites, or $349 once for a lifetime licence. This page tracks the deal and tells you whether waiting is worth it.
One thing changed right before this year's sale, and it matters if you run a single site: SureForms has dropped its 1 site Solo plan. I cover what that means below. Short version: the Black Friday saving on SureForms has historically been small on the yearly plans and meaningful on the lifetime ones. If you need forms working this week, the free plugin covers most sites until the sale starts. If you are planning a lifetime purchase, wait.

SureForms Prices Before the Sale
These are the prices on the SureForms pricing page right now. Every plan includes every feature; the only difference is how many sites you can use it on.

Two details matter for Black Friday. The yearly prices are introductory: the checkout shows Team as $149 a year with a $50 first year discount, so renewals go to the full $149. And the lifetime plans already show a struck through list price, which is the figure Black Friday percentages are usually measured against.
SureForms Just Changed Its Plans
A week before I published this, the pricing page still had three plans: Solo for 1 site, Team for 10 and Agency for 1,000. The old pricing URL now redirects to a new plans page with just two, and the site counts have shrunk.

Who wins and who loses? If you run 2 to 5 sites, it is cheaper now: $99 instead of $149 for the first year. If you run one site, the cheapest paid option went from $59 to $99. Agencies with more than 100 sites have to talk to sales. It also means last year's Black Friday prices, which I list next, were for plans that no longer exist, so treat them as a guide to the size of the discount, not as this year's prices.
What SureForms Did Last Black Friday
Brainstorm Force's own Black Friday 2025 deals page listed SureForms at up to 40% off from 17 November to 5 December 2025, with the discount applied automatically. An archived copy of the pricing page from 18 November 2025 shows the actual numbers. The plans were called Starter (1 site), Pro (10 sites) and Business (1,000 sites) back then.

Notice where the “up to 40%” came from: Business lifetime went from a $999 list price to $599. Against the price people were really paying the week before, the savings were $10 to $50. That is still worth having, but it is not the giant cut the headline suggests. Renewals stayed at full price throughout.
What to Expect for Black Friday 2026
- Timing: last year's sale ran mid November to early December, covering Cyber Monday. I expect a similar window, but SureForms has not published dates.
- How it works: last year the discount applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed. Be wary of any site selling a SureForms code; SureForms' own coupon page warns against fake Black Friday and lifetime deal claims.
- Where the value is: on last year's pattern, lifetime plans and the top tier see the biggest dollar savings, and the cheapest yearly plan the smallest.
- New list prices: any “up to” percentage this year will most likely be measured against the new struck through prices ($449 and $749 for lifetime), so compare the final price, not the badge.
- Bundles: Astra's toolkits were part of the same Brainstorm Force sale last year, and the Business Toolkit includes SureForms Agency.

The free version makes waiting painless. It already builds forms with AI, saves entries in your dashboard and takes Stripe payments. The catch, per SureForms' fee documentation, is a 2.9% SureForms fee on payments on top of Stripe's own fee until you buy a licence. If you take a lot of money through forms every week, buying Team now at $99 can cost less than waiting.
When I installed the free version on a fresh WordPress 7.1 test site, its menu already had Entries and Payments screens alongside Quizzes, Survey Reports and Partial Entries. A licence later simply switches the paid features on in the same place, so nothing you build on the free plugin has to be redone after the sale.
The Cheapest Ways to Buy SureForms
- Start free. The WordPress.org version is rated 96 out of 100 from 102 reviews and covers contact, enquiry and simple payment forms. With no 1 site plan any more, a single blog that only needs a contact form has even less reason to pay.
- Team yearly for up to 5 sites. $99 now, $149 a year after. Over three years that is $397.
- Team lifetime for the long run. $349 once for 5 sites, already $48 less than three years of Team yearly before any Black Friday cut.
- Agency lifetime for client work. $549 once for 100 sites, against $637 for three years of Agency yearly.
- Astra Business Toolkit if you also want Astra Pro. The Astra pricing page lists it at $279 for the first year (renewing at $429) or $799 lifetime, with SureForms Agency, Astra Pro, Spectra Pro and Ultimate Addons for Elementor for up to 1,000 sites. My Astra Black Friday page tracks that bundle.
- The official 10% coupon. SureForms' own coupon page offers a flat 10% off in exchange for your email address, applied automatically. It is the only official discount SureForms publishes outside its seasonal sales.

Which SureForms Plan to Buy on Black Friday
- One blog or business site: the free plugin if you only need contact forms; Team yearly if you need conditional logic, file uploads or fee free payments. The sale saving on it is small, so do not overthink it.
- Freelancer with a few client sites: Team lifetime, the best value in the range.
- Agency on Astra: compare SureForms Agency lifetime ($549, 100 sites) with the Astra Business Toolkit lifetime ($799, 1,000 sites) during the sale; the toolkit adds Astra Pro, Spectra Pro and Ultimate Addons for Elementor for $250 more at today's prices.
- Just a contact form: stay on the free plugin.
